PRESCHOOL ATHLETICS

This 45-minute class is specially designed for kids who are just beginning the process of learning to listen in a group class setting. This is a parent and me class, and participation of the parent is essential in the success of this class. A great class for the development of coordination and gross motor skills.

This 45-minute class teaches gross and fine motor skills, basic coordination, listening skills, interactive play, and the basic shapes and body positions used in gymnastics. This class will be exposed to all of the gymnastics events including vault, bars, beam, and floor.
