Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I enroll my athlete(s)?

1. Take a look at the programs we offer here.

2. Fill out our enrollment form here.

3. Wait for us to contact you confirming your enrollment.

4. Visit the facility for a tour and to also fill out some paperwork! This can be done the day of your athlete's first class or on a separate day.

  • What is the best way to contact you?

You can use our contact page or message us on Instagram.
  • How many classes per week, per month?

Tuition for our recreational classes is based off a schedule of 1 class per week on average of 4 weeks per month.  Some months will have 5 classes depending on how the calendar falls. If you’d like to have your child attend more than 1 class per week, you can always sign-up for additional classes at a discount!

Competitive gymnasts have more individualized schedules.
  • When is tuition due?

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month.
  • What if I want to un-enroll for a month?

To un-enroll and avoid the auto-charge, please contact us to let us know at least one week before tuition is due.
  • Will my athlete have to stay in the same class all session long if they are ready to move up? How do I know if my child is ready for the next level?

At Gym Rebels, we move a child to the next level as soon as they are ready. Once they acquire the skills needed for the next level, we will contact you to inform you and make sure you would like them to move up as well. You are welcome to speak with your instructor or stop by the office at the gym if you believe your athlete to be ready before we deem them to be. We will be happy to evaluate them at your request!
  • Can my athlete join in the middle of a session?

Yes! As long as a class has open space and your athlete meets the pre-requisites, they can join in any class. Check our current session schedule - any class not listed as "FULL" can be enrolled in. We also offer one free trial class before you have to commit!
  • What is Exhibition?

We hold an annual exhibition right in our facility. Think of it like a talent show, or a showcase, for all of our athletes to show off what they have learned so far! Exhibition is open to ALL athletes enrolled at our gym, with the exception of those enrolled in Parent & Tot classes. Your athlete will receive a custom GR outfit, a custom GR medal, and a certificate. Each athlete participating receives three free admission passes for loved ones to come watch, and additional ones can be purchased for $10 each. Check out our Exhibition page for more information!
  • What happens if my athlete misses a class?

If your athlete misses class due to sickness, a vacation, or an appointment, they will be allowed one make up per missed class. You will have four weeks to schedule a make up through the office or by contacting us online.
  • What should my athlete wear to class/practice?

All athletes with hair that is shoulder length or longer must have their hair tied back and out of their faces. The only exception to this is on picture days. Clothing must be tight so that it will not come up over their head while upside down or tumbling. No zippers, buttons, or jewelry can be worn during class, with the exception of stud earrings.
  • I want my child to compete in gymnastics. How do I make this happen?

You must contact us to be evaluated by a coach in order to be considered for competitive team. Alternatively, if your athlete makes their way up through our recreational classes, it is possible that we will extend an invitation to Pre-Team and, later, competitive team if we believe them to be ready.
